11 Prayers of consecration for glory liberation

We started the journey into glory liberation with the first set of prayers which focused on the need to Arise and Shine for our glory to be liberated. Kindly take the prayers for glory liberation before getting to this.

For our prayers for glory liberation to be effective, we require consecration. To be consecrated is to be set apart for the Lord’s use. The Bible says “Therefore confess your sins to each other and pray for each other so that you may be healed. The prayer of a righteous person is powerful and effective -James 5:16 NIV. This means living an unrighteous life weakens the effectiveness of our prayers.

Living a righteous life requires that we exercise our faith to reject all forms of ungodliness that cover the light of God’s glory in our lives. Joseph decided he would not sin against God and his master Pharaoh by sleeping with his wife. Daniel purposed in his heart that he would not defile himself with the king’s meal, the 3 Hebrew boys insisted they would not bow to the king’s statue. Deliberate Christian, you need to take a righteous stand against all forms of ungodliness to liberate your glory in this dark world.

I consider that our present sufferings are not worth comparing with the glory that will be revealed in us. For the creation waits in eager expectation for the children of God to be revealed. For the creation was subjected to frustration, not by its own choice, but by the will of the one who subjected it, in hope that the creation itself will be liberated from its bondage to decay and brought into the freedom and glory of the children of God – Romans8:18-21

Shinning in God’s glory is choosing to be the odd one amongst many. It is choosing to pay the price of exclusion and seclusion. It is choosing to wait till God launches us at his own time and in his own way. It is valuing his pleasure above all and seeking it daily.

Prayer for consecration for glory liberation

1. Thank the Lord for his mercies inspite of our unrighteousness. Thank him for his steadfast love and faithfulness towards you and yours
2. Plead for mercy and forgiveness for all unrighteousness
3. Oh Lord our righteousness, grant me the grace to live a consecrated life. Uproot all plantations of compromise in my life in Jesus name
4. I conquer every weakness that works against God’s glory in my life, with the strength of Christ in Jesus name.
5. He that is born of God overcomes, I overcome all easily besetting sin that strips me of God’s glory in Jesus name.(Job 19:9)
6. I declare my deliverance from the bondage of corruptioninto the glorious liberty of christ.
7. King of glory, restore the glory I have lost to careless living in my mercy.
8. God’s glory in my life shall never be shamed in Jesus name (Psalm 4:2)
9. I pursue, overtake and recover my strength and glory from the hand of the enemy in Jesus name.
10. I command God’s defense over my Glory by day and night in Jesus name
11. I Shall not fall into any bait of the enemy set up to steal my glory.
12. Every ungodly appetite that strips men of their glory lose your hold over me in Jesus name.
