Prayers for the help of God

Man was not created to be a self-reliant being. We were created in the image and likeness of God, and we need him to be all and do all.

John 15:5 says I am the vine, you are the branches: He that abides in me, and I in him, the same brings forth much fruit: for without me you can do nothing.

We need the help of God at all times in our lives, even when we feel able and strong. It is the help of God that enables us to achieve lasting success.

We trust God that as you declare these prayer points in faith, your much-needed help will be released in Jesus name.

1. Thank you Lord for your good plan and purpose for my life
2. Thank you because your plans for me have not been seen by any eyes, heard by any ears or conceived in any man’s heart.
3. Thank you Lord for the help I have received in the past and those I am currently enjoying
4. Lord have mercy upon me and cleanse me from all unrighteousness
5. Lord by your mercy, release help that will launch me into my next level  
6. In every area of helplessness, Lord send me help
7. Redeem me from every judgment that has rendered me helpless
8. You are the ever-present help in time of need, arise for my help
9. Cause those you have assigned to help me to remember me for good
10. Powers that turn helpers away from my life be destroyed in Jesus name
11. Order my steps to be at the right place, at the right time, to receive timely help in Jesus name
12. Satanic dreams programmed to turn my helpers back be cancelled in Jesus name
13. Spirit of unfulfilled promises to help I break away from you in Jesus name
14. I receive grace for wisdom and character that attracts helpers
15. Lord, supernaturally  connect me to my source of help  
16. Lord by your mercy  grant me a second chance to receive the help I once disdained or rejected
17. I rebuke the spirit of pride that makes men reject the help of God
18. In areas where I have lost hope, Lord let your help spring up for me
19. Yoke of delayed help be broken over my life in Jesus name
20. Lord, I align with your help in my life and circumstance
21. I receive help beyond my imagination in Jesus name
22. I receive the help that will put an end to my frustration and pain in Jesus name
23. Help beyond my qualification, background, network; status, strength and effort locate me in Jesus name.
24. By the mercies of God, I receive generational, global and national help.
25. I reject any help that will usher me out of God’s will
26. Lord when your help arrives, I receive the grace to discern it and receive it with gratitude in Jesus name.
27. Thank you Lord because your help has been released for me, my family

The help of God is only available for sons and daughters of God. You can become a son or daughter of God by accepting Jesus as your Lord and personal saviour right now.

To become a bonafide member of the family of God, say this prayer – Lord Jesus, I acknowledge that you were crucified for my sake and you bore my sins on the cross of Calvary. Forgive me for all unrighteousness. Have mercy upon me and redeem me by your blood. I confess you as my Lord and saviour. From now henceforth, lead me, guide me and reign unhindered in my life. I receive your grace to live for you all the days of my life in Jesus name.

After Salvation, the next step is to become a Deliberate Christian – a Christian who thinks, speaks and does like Christ.
